Jason Blake, owner of Trade Winds Construction, obtained his contractor's license in 2004, but his experience with and passion for construction started long before that. His love for construction began when he started his first electrical job in 1997, and then apprenticed under a family member in construction for five years. Through this experience, he learned the multi-faceted profession of contracting and home renovation, before fine-tuning his trade skills and earning his own license. Since 1985, Jason has been a resident of North County San Diego, raising his two children here, and now working side-by-side with his oldest. In his free time, he enjoys gardening, fishing, smoking quality meats, and enjoying a craft beer, all alongside his family, chickens, and dogs.

Alisa Eichelberger:
Interior Design
Alisa is an Interior design specialist who will walk you through the entire process of figuring out layout and spatial planning. From the floorplan layout to fixtures and paint colors, Alisa designs your entire project before submitting everything to the city for approval. She always brings a high amount of energy and positive attitude to the job, completing every project with a smile.
Al Simeone:
Engineering
Al is one of San Diego's finest engineers, and we work side by side through the entirety of the design stage, through permits. He will take the plans from the designer and work up all the structural numbers we need to be able to create your dream space, whether we are building you a new kitchen, room addition, ADU, or new deck.
Wes:
Pacific Cabinetry
Wes is a leader in North County when it comes to delivering quality craftsmanship and fine woodworking. He creates custom cabinetry with the latest in C.N.C technology for perfectly built cabinets, from paint grade to fine custom wood grain cabinets.
